Goal: Modernize HARBCO’s online presence with a professional real estate site, IDX/MLS integration, and a CRM system that captures, routes, and nurtures leads while supporting long-term growth.
The Challenge
HARBCO needed more than a pretty website — they needed a tool that could both showcase properties and manage leads effectively. The site had to balance custom branding with IDX/MLS functionality, integrate multiple agents and lead sources, and provide automated follow-ups to keep prospects engaged. On top of that, the experience had to stay clean and intuitive for buyers browsing listings on mobile.
Our Approach
We built HARBCO a custom real estate site with IDX integration and a CRM tailored for real estate workflows. Each agent received their own profile page, while the backend CRM handles lead routing, drip campaigns, email marketing, and behavior tracking. We streamlined navigation with area and neighborhood pages, ensuring buyers could easily find properties. To complete the package, we delivered professional team photography for a polished, approachable look.
